Remanufacturing Process
| Frames are Sand-Blasted, Primed and Painted |
| All linear guide bearings and ballscrew bearings are cleaned, repacked or
replaced if necessary. |
| Each machine is outfitted with a new CNC Control system running industry
standard program language (G & M codes). |
| Most machines are configured with Automatic Toolchangers, flat tables for
nesting, and vacuum pumps. |
| We can customize any machine to meet the customer's needs. Features
like Roller-Hold-Down, Horizontal Spindles, Multi-Drills, Auto Part Feeders,
Custom Clamping Systems, and others can be added for much lower prices than
when buying new. |
