Each Machine Frame is designed of Anodized Structural Aluminum. This industrial Aluminum will not rust, does not require welding or painting and will last a lifetime.

Linear Motion is achieved in the X, Y, and Z axis by 2000 count per revolution stepper motors. Motion is carried out on Industrial Linear Guides; not ball or plastic bearings running on electrical conduit.

Build them with simple tools that you already own! You only need a Power Miter Saw, Drill Press, and a few hand tools for the entire project. Use the computer and router you already own!

The Engineering Packages for these machines contain the following.

	Bill of Material indicating component sources, quantities, and everything you need to purchase the components and materials.
	Tooling List that indicates what tools are needed to build the CNC Router and where they can be purchased if you don't already have them. The Engineering Packages show you everything you need down to the last drill bit.
